• AI as a central Theme: Everyone wanted to build out AI based solutions. So we built out an AI orchestration platform. We called it Layer Stack. This helped us showcase our strength of Platform vs. Building from Scratch. Onboarded 4 clients with this approach.
• 4 Exhibitions: I presented at 4 exhibitions. AI Summit in SF, API Days Melbourne, Tech Expo Gujarat, India Soft – New Delhi. I attended multiple Fintech expo as a visitor – Bharat Fintech Summit, Global Fintech Festival and more.

• Shipping is more about accountability, ownership vs Engineering
• Shipping is an opportunity to go public & get a feedback from users vs. getting validation from silo
• Shipping involves exposing yourself to a criticism, judgement from others – hence most difficult.

I have been working with my co-founder Nishant. He is master at this skill. His conviction of going out with the product launch is a skill developed over the time.

I am currently experimenting with sharing a live commentary on X on AgencyLife and BuildInPublic.

August 2024 has been quite an exciting, but hectic month. Here are some of the key areas, I am working on:

• Planning an exhibition in Sports Conclave in New Delhi (End of August)
• Attending India’s largest FinTech conference – Global FinTech Festival (End of August)
• We are giving the final touches to a major product launch of Population Scale + Nation Wide product which will be utilised by the Ministry of Finance in India
• Nishant, my co-founder is currently in San Francisco and presented at Step Conference

This blog is my journal of experiments in building a scalable business and transitioning to an investor.

Email archive – 2021. I ran an experiment sharing a monthly update to around 300 to 500 folks about what’s happening at the organisation. This was very well received, I also enjoyed writing this. Eventually, this turned out to be a bi-yearly update.
